This wall-mount sink is handcrafted from Calacatta White marble quarried in Turkey, with a tall backsplash that rises behind the basin. It is natural marble, not an imitation, and each piece is one of a kind: no two sinks share the same veining or character. The finish is honed, a soft matte surface that shows the grain of the stone. It measures 24 inches long, 16 inches wide and 5 inches high.

A 10 inch back that frames it

The integrated 10 inch backsplash does two jobs. It protects the wall from splashes, and it acts as an architectural accent that frames the sink against the wall. The rectangular basin has curved edges, so water does not sit in corners and there are no crevices for soap scum to hide. The honed finish is matte and quietly textured, and it hides minor etch marks better than a glossy surface would. Moderate variation in tone and veining between pieces is normal for this marble, and the pattern on each sink will be its own.

Open floor in a compact room

A floating wall-mount sink takes up far less visual space than a pedestal or a bulky vanity, which makes it a strong choice for a powder room, a compact bathroom or a primary ensuite refresh. The floor stays visible underneath, so even a tight bathroom feels open and uncluttered. Prepare the wall behind it

Solid marble with a tall backsplash is heavy. On the wall, it needs blocking between the studs at the mounting height and brackets rated for stone, with the joint between backsplash and wall sealed so water cannot get behind it. Plan the faucet early: with a 10 inch backsplash, a wall-mounted faucet must sit above it, so the supply lines have to be run to that height before the wall is closed. If the sink sits on a vanity instead, the top must be flat, level and strong, and the sink is set in silicone. A professional installer is recommended.

The 24 by 16 inch size works for many walls, but the sink can also be made in a custom size or a different finish when the layout calls for other proportions. Care

Calacatta White is a porous calcite marble, so acidic products such as vinegar or citrus can etch it, and the honed face hides those marks better than a glossy one. Sealing makes the surface water-resistant and stain-resistant, and how often it is resealed depends on use, often about once a year.
