Handcrafted Giallo Marble Vessel Sink Beige 16 Inch Bathroom Bowl

Giallo marble, a deep round bowl

This vessel sink is carved by hand from Bianco Giallo marble quarried in Turkey. The stone shows warm cream and golden amber tones with natural striations that catch the light. It measures 16 inches in diameter and 9 inches high, a deeper bowl than most. Each sink is carved individually from solid marble, so no two share the same veining, color gradients or patterns.

Cream and amber, polished

The bowl is polished, a finish that reflects light and brings out the warm amber in the stone. Gently curved walls with smooth, rounded edges keep cleaning simple and stop water from pooling, with no sharp corners to work around. At 9 inches high, the basin holds plenty of water while staying in proportion on a standard bathroom vanity. Moderate color variation between sinks is normal; some bowls lean creamier, others show more gold.

• Deep bowl 9" high, with generous capacity for daily use.
• Rounded edges Smooth curved walls with no corners for water to sit in.

Warm stone for brass fittings

As an above-counter vessel, the sink suits modern, contemporary, traditional and transitional bathrooms. The warm tones pair naturally with bronze and brass fixtures, and against a dark vanity the cream reads brighter. The 4 cm drain hole takes standard drain fittings, with no undermount work.

• Size 16" diameter × 9" H, solid Bianco Giallo marble.
• Drain 4 cm drain hole for standard fittings.

A tall bowl needs a tall faucet

Solid marble is heavy, so the counter must be flat, level and strong. A drain hole is cut in the counter to match the 4 cm drain, and the bowl is set in silicone. At 9 inches high, the rim stands well above the counter, so the faucet must be tall enough to clear it: a high deck-mounted vessel faucet or a wall-mounted spout set at the right height. A professional installer is recommended.

Why we chose it

• Carved by hand Each bowl is shaped individually from solid Turkish marble.
• Built to last Marble resists cracking and, resealed over the years, keeps its polish for decades.
• Made to order Each sink is made to order, with custom sizes and finishes on request.

Made to order

This bowl is made to order on one of two schedules: the 3 to 4 week option ships sooner, while the 8 to 14 week option is the lower-priced choice. Both are the same 16 by 9 inch polished sink. It can also be carved in a custom size or finish. To start a custom order, contact us with the counter measurements.

Care

Bianco Giallo is a porous calcite marble, so acids can etch the polished surface. Periodic resealing protects the stone, and how often depends on how much the bathroom is used.
