Red Travertine Wall Mount Bathroom Sink With Ribbed Texture

Red travertine with a ribbed face

This wall-mount sink is carved by hand from red travertine quarried in Turkey. Warm red tones are layered with golden ochre and terracotta veining, so every sink is one of a kind. It measures 16 inches wide, 24 inches long and 6 inches high.

Ribbed sides, honed and filled

A ribbed texture is carved into the outside, giving the stone depth. The surface is honed and filled: a matte finish that softens reflections and hides watermarks and mineral spots. The edges are curved, so there are no harsh corners where debris can collect. Moderate color variation between sinks is normal.

• Ribbed exterior A carved texture that adds depth.
• Honed and filled A matte surface with the natural pits of the travertine filled.

On the wall or on a vanity

At 16 by 24 inches, the sink takes up little wall space. It hangs on the wall with a standard 1 inch bracket clearance, or sits on top of a vanity. The 1.5 inch drain hole fits most plumbing layouts. It is designed for a wall-mounted faucet, sold separately.

• Size 24" L × 16" W × 6" H, solid red travertine.
• Drain 1.5" drain hole for standard fittings.

Plan the wall first

Solid travertine is heavy, so a wall-mount installation needs blocking between the studs at the mounting height. The wall-mounted faucet should be positioned early so the supply lines match. On a vanity, the top must be flat, level and strong. A professional installer is recommended.

Why we chose it

• Carved texture The ribs are cut into the stone itself.
• Handles daily use Travertine resists thermal shock and keeps its structure in regular use.
• Made to order Each sink is made to order, with custom sizes and finishes on request.

Made to order

This sink is made to order on one of two schedules: the 3 to 4 week option ships sooner, while the 8 to 14 week option is the lower-priced choice. Custom sizes and finishes are also available. To start a custom order, contact us with the measurements of the space.

Care

Travertine is a porous calcite stone, so acids such as vinegar or lemon can dull and etch the honed surface. Sealing preserves its stain protection, and how often it is resealed depends on use.
