Seafoam Glossy Hexagon 5 Ceramic Tiles

Seafoam Hexagon 5 is a glossy ceramic tile from the Pure Wall Tile collection, a five inch hexagon with a bevelled edge. Boxes hold 25 pieces and cover 3.65 square feet, and the same colour runs in four other sizes plus a full set of trims.

Bevel on a six sided piece

The bevelled edge is what separates this from a flat hexagon. Each piece steps down slightly at its perimeter, so every joint gains a small shadow and the wall reads as a field of distinct units rather than as one continuous plane. Colour variation is slight, so the seafoam stays consistent while the bevels do the work. Like the other blue ceramic tiles in this collection the body is 3/8 inch, and the finish is glossy, which sharpens the shadow line further.

Walls, splashbacks and light floors

Matching trims run to a pencil, a finish trim, an edge trim and a base, which means a run can be terminated properly rather than left cut.

Care

A household tile cleaner keeps the glaze clear. Bevelled edges collect a little more grime along the joint than a flat tile does, so an occasional soft brush along the lines keeps the shadow crisp.
